I love about 50 miles away from Kia Inver Grove Heights and this is where I have purchased my vehicles from there and preformed all my services. Until today! I scheduled a service and a Diagnostic inspection about 3 weeks ago. Which is outrageous, they said they wanted the correct person to diagnose my vehicle, great! I drove their and dropped off vehicle with the service writer and he said he will get it in right away and it should only take 2 hours. I said I was waiting in the waiting area so just let me know when you are ready. I waited for a hour and a half and never heard anything from Stephen S. So I went to ask how everything was going and he said that he was for a tech to become available and then he will let me know what wrong, I looked and felted confused! I thought it was going in right away, because I had a 8:00 Am appointment and it was know 9:45Am. I understand that that sometimes things happen and they don't start on it right away, however a update would be nice, also if you are going to make a appointment maybe you should honor that, or tell that customer. My advice to all future customers that work with the service dept. Be parpared for bad customer communication and service. I told the service writer I could wait and he never asked why, or was even sympathetic to my needs. I am never going back and I will go to Rochester Mn. or Eau Claire Wi. For any Kia Repairs or Purchasing from this point. Thanks More
