Their sales staff is NOT greedy --- they care more about making sure you get what you need and in the fairest way. Dave and his Service team are nothing short of incredible. When I suddenly had to buy new wheels (totally out of the blue) he was so flexible with my payment and willing to ensure the safety of me and my car. And special shout of for Chico in the service team! Not only is he funny but he's always looking out for his clients! I seriously I don't think you can find any kind of service like this in MN! As soon as I drove up to the service door Kathy greeted me with a smile and made sure I was directed to the service desk to get checked in. Adam came to the customer lounge to walk me through the work provided by your service tech's. When I inquired about the Sonar Light displayed on the dash, he quickly suggested that we walk to the car so he could get a better idea of the issue I was having. After seeing what was troubling me he said he would take the vehicle back to service and see what could be done to remedy the problem. Result was ------- driver not knowing how to read the indicator.. Great service and outstanding service staff/ More
