Because of the amazing, no pressure service I receive there from both the sales and service department I am always referring family, friends and even strangers to Luther Nissan Kia. There has not been one person I have referred there who has not left with out a new vehicle and without the same impression as I have! Brake repair on 2015 Nissan Altima Yesterday afternoon, I informed service department that our 2015 Nissan Altima (11,200 miles) had a scraping noise in rear end. They scheduled at app Yesterday afternoon, I informed service department that our 2015 Nissan Altima (11,200 miles) had a scraping noise in rear end. They scheduled at appointment at 8:45 AM and had it serviced by 11:00 this morning. The brake pads had been improperly installed at factory. One pad was hardly worn and the other was metal on metal. The fix was new pads and rotor. Under warranty, thus no charge. Thanks for the quick service. It is appreciated. BTW- this is our 3rd Altima. First was purchased in 2009. More

Not all that good but only one employee was my concern. My service reps are usually very helpful but the person I dealt with over the phone when checking the status of my car was unpleasant and not helpful. My service reps are usually very helpful but the person I dealt with over the phone when checking the status of my car was unpleasant and not helpful. I don't remember his name but he called me around 7:30 pm and I missed the original call so I then called back but he sounded frustrated and didn't describe what was done adequately and when I went to pick up my car the next morning no one told me what they had to do and why or what I had to read the service receipt. I use this location because I work close and this is where I bought my last 2 vans but I'm thinking of going to Maplewood in the future. More
