He got the van checked & told me they'd have to order the part & had me on my way home in a loaner Very quickly. The van was ready as promised 2 days later & he had also (as always!) checked it over & everything else was fine. I never worry when Mike has had charge of the repairs as he is Thorough And Honest. He is a great asset to the dealership & keeps my Sedona running beautifully. More

I work at the Number 1 Hotel in the Midwest and I know a thing or two about hospitality and service. The positive interaction starts with the phone call and service appointment. All interactions are upbeat and friendly. There is a reminder call and text. I'm greeted by name by Mike when I pull in to the service bay. Everything is fast and efficient for check-in. A clean, warm lease vehicle is ready and waiting out the door by the time I'm finished checking in. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. The heater mechanism was replaced in a timely manner. The unit seems to be working perfectly. My car is CLEAN and waiting outside by the time I pay the cashier for my touch-up paint. A friendly wave from my sales guy Mike Kelly while I'm checking out. I'm a huge fan of the Luther Nissan Kia! I'll be sharing my experience with everyone interested in a car or service for their vehicle. More

I was a bit early and the fellow who did my checkin indicated that the servic I was greeted quickly and professionally for my 6:00 p.m. appointment. I was a bit early and the fellow who did my checkin indicated that the service technician was running "on time" so I thought I would have a bit of a wait. I was pleasantly surprised when at 6:15 p.m. my vehicle was completed. The roads were a mess since snow had been falling most of the day so I was very pleased and excited to be on my way much earlier than I was expecting. Thanks for the great work!! More

I then was told so and so was doing my work on the car and he would get in touch with me. I told them what I thought was wrong. They then called me at 845 that night and told me it a transfer case. And it would cost 2200. To fix it. Out of pocket. I have only 94,000 miles on my 07 Nissan murano. I am not able to put such money in a car or will I. Ugh. Thought my vehicle would last longer. More

Service Team Due Diligence saved us from likely accident!! We have been bringing our car to Luther Nissan/Kia for regular servie since we purchased it in 2010. They have always been courteous, thorough and co We have been bringing our car to Luther Nissan/Kia for regular servie since we purchased it in 2010. They have always been courteous, thorough and consciencious caring for our awesome car! Last Wednesday during their 61 or 67 or whatever point check, they discovered a bad ball bearing in the wheel assembly. I cannot expess how relieved we were that they found this. The other good news is they contacted the warranty people and got the repair covered! This is not the first time they have gotten repairs covered under the extended warranty. The warranty has almost paid for itself already. Our regular service guy is Adam Bistodeau. I think of him as our car's physcian. He is caring, knowledgable and listens carefully to our requests and concerns. I cannot think of anything he has not been able to handle for us! Adam ROCKS!!!!! Thank You, Luther!!!! More
