Quality auto service and friendly staff. Glad to rediscover Luther Nissan's service group. Dropped off the Nissan Armada for service last night for an oil change and engine coolant flush. Exceptional Service Again! After experiencing a few dashboard lights coming on I set up my appointment and was lucky enough to have Adam work with me again. Adam put in extra effort to make sure I got the best price and they were available at the dealership quickly. He kept me posted about progress and while the work took several hours it did not seem like a long wait. The customer service is unparallel to other dealerships I have gone to - Adam is awesome. They always offer me coupons or a military discount if there aren't coupons available. They service my car with no gimicks - they only do what actually needs to be done and give honest advice, which is sometimes hard to find. I really appreciate the convenience of the loaner vehicles. I also love that my car is always given back shiney and clean because they offer free car washes! I would highly recommend Luther Nissan Kia for your car buying or servicing needs. Luther has made a great name for themselves in the Twin Cities and it's not just a coincidence. They are the best! More
