This was my third time bringing my car into your dealer for the same problem and the other two no one could find an issue with it so I kept driving it. This time it was fixed, he knew exactly what I was explaining and we got it finally take care of. Unfortunately it took over two years to figure it out but now it's done. I have had nothing but great people to work with at Lither Nissan Kia but I am especially thankful for Andrew! More

Great service...at a price Luther IGH always has great service and friendly employees. I also love the option of getting a ride to work if I can't wait for the service. The service I had done on this visit was an oil change. It took a bit longer than they planned (about 1:10 rather than :45). When the work was done, I was given the usual list of required services. Prices for these seemed high, as they often do at a dealership. I bought a couple of the items myself, paid a friend to do the work and saved $200, over half the quoted price. This is, by far, my favorite dealership but I will have service done elsewhere if I can. More

The dealership we leased it from has done a poor job making sure we were taken care of, even with a packed schedule for their Leaf mechanics. Luther Nissan and Scott Nemitz, in particular, have made sure that we had a loaner car at no cost to us. They have covered our towing costs when we mistakenly had it towed outside the towing program provided by Nissan. They have been extremely responsive and persistent. They have dealt with the manufacture on our behalf in all cases. Ten stars -- no really -- Luther Nissan and Scott have taken it to an 11. I am extremely pleased to be working with them and I look forward to continuing the relationship. I would highly recommend them. More
Excellent Service - the very best. I wanted to get a remote start for my vehicle, I phoned, made the appointment. Called one day ahead of the appointment to make sure we were on the same page. Everything was good. I brought my car in that Thursday night for my Friday assigned service. Took home a beautiful hybrid Optima with only 4,900 miles on it. I had forgotten to mention a minor recall letter that I had received in the mail a few months earlier, and that was no problem for them. So on Friday, my car was due to be finished at 4:00 p.m. So I phoned at 3:30 to see if I should be heading out soon to go pick up my car. Adam B. mentioned he is off at 4:00 but that he could see my car just now pulling into the finished area of the lot. Knowing this, I wanted to get over to Luther Kia before Adam would leave for the day, so I quickly grabbed what I needed to head over out the door. I was rounding the ben of the road at 4:01 and I could see a mechanic that I recognize from there so I thought with disappointment that I might miss Adam and that I would need to deal with another service representative. But to my delight, Adam was still there and was attending to others in his special care-and-smiling way. He acknowledged me, said he had my paperwork right there and would be right with me. Always needing a bathroom break, I took advantage of this moment to make a quick sprint to use the facilities. When I arrived back, I was able to get my paperwork from Adam but I told him, I would need a quick run-down on how the new remote start works. Even though it was way past his time to leave at this point, he very courteously took the time to walk out to my car and show me how to use the new feature, and I'm glad I did because it takes a minute or two to get used to. I even wrote on the paperwork for Luther Kia that Adam is the best. I rate my experience with Luther Kia and Adam, off the charts. Simply put, I am totally happy with my experience this time as well as in the past times using Luther Kia Service for my Kia Sportage. I also give credit to Luther Kia for keeping my previous vehicle 2001 Kia Sportage up and running, which my son now is using. I highly recommend Luther Kia and Adam as an excellent place to go to to service your vehicle and to keep it in the best top-rated condition. My first brand new Kia Sportage was in 1998, it had 3 year 36000 mile warranty back then, so I traded it in and bought my brand new 2001 Kia Sportage with the 100,000 mile warranty and it used that car for 13 years until this year when I bought my 3rd brand new car, 2014 Kia Sportage.
