Gregg at Luther in IGH listened to my issues, and worked with Nissan to get a part repaired and paid for by Nissan. I'm so grateful for his time. We bought total of 5 cars in this dealership but got bad experience with service front desk reps. The phone that connects to service department will ask you to wait and have waited more than 15 minutes and experience with service front desk reps. The phone that connects to service department will ask you to wait and have waited more than 15 minutes and maybe 10 times, in one day. Reason they told me, "Short Staff". Why don't they put it online, or part of the phone answering machine message that they are short staff, we will always understand it. But no, service reps don't know what "empathy" is and did not even show compassion to the situation, is bad! The saleman was even involved in this but didn't help, also. More

I brought my car in for a TSB, and the technician absolutely did not perform the diagnosis as outlined in the TSB. They called me back with an obscene repair quote in FAR too short of a time for anyo absolutely did not perform the diagnosis as outlined in the TSB. They called me back with an obscene repair quote in FAR too short of a time for anyone to have actually stepped through the process. I took the issue up with Greg Isham, who must come from a long line of brick walls because it took about a month to get hold of him. I just asked if he could verify that the process outlined in the TSB was followed, and he gave me a deflective non-answer. I provided photos detailing the problem and linked to the process which is publicly available to anyone, but he blew me off and told me to go get a second opinion elsewhere. Of course, I took it elsewhere. Another dealer went through the process as they're supposed to and the issue was verified. One side was repaired per the TSB, and the other side was affected but it had not progressed to the degree warranting replacement under the TSB. Luther's technician would have seen this had they actually done their job. I have snake cam photos of the issue that prove beyond any debate or discussion that the problem existed. They absolutely failed to do their job, offered me an staggeringly large quote for repair *of the issue I supposedly did not have* and when pressed, Greg Isham backed up his tech and never seriously considered any of the concerns I raised. If I was an idiot I could have paid them an enormous amount of money to fix something that was covered under the TSB $0.00 for at another dealer. More
