They deleted all their bad Facebook reviews. A practice of dishonesty. I had a door handle go out because of a defective part. They said it was “out of warranty” but no could open a case. My transmission was slipping and sometimes very hard so I brought it down to see if it requires a new transmission. I was a little early for my appointment but they signed me in happily. They told me it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I took a 50 minute walk and when I came back my car was ready in 5 minutes. Just had the Murano in for oil change and check they always throw in the car wash which is a much appreciated touch.
