Chris Schroeder was the sales manager when I needed to return my vehicle due to an issue with it comfort ride and have the dealership repurchase it. Unfortunately, my experience with Chris Schroeder was return my vehicle due to an issue with it comfort ride and have the dealership repurchase it. Unfortunately, my experience with Chris Schroeder was disappointing. He told me that he needed the account number to proceed with the buy back but stated that it likely had not been generated yet and I would need to wait approximately three weeks. When I asked whether the information could be looked up through the lender he indicated it could not. After returning home, I called the lenders customer service and was promptly able to obtain the payoff quote and the account number. Since the dealership already had given me a price and payoff quote already it seemed reasonable that the account information could have been obtained sooner. Fortunately, my salesperson, Daniel Pilot, was extremely helpful and stepped in to assist me through the remainder of the process. Thanks to Daniel's efforts, I was able to complete the vehicle return and dealership repurchase without further issues. Look up Daniel Pilot for the best possible experience. More

We were in town visiting and I stopped in with my wife on a Saturday to look at a new CRV as we were considering trading in our 2025 Pilot Touring for something smaller. We met Donnie and Ben who were both p a Saturday to look at a new CRV as we were considering trading in our 2025 Pilot Touring for something smaller. We met Donnie and Ben who were both professional and knowledgeable. It was about 45 minutes prior to them closing but neither were concerned about that and proceeded to understand our wants & needs. We finally settled on a nee CRV about an hour after closing, I gave them a deposit and even extended my stay in town by 1 day to take delivery of the CRV on Monday. From start to finish this was a pleasant purchase experience. Thank you for making it a great purchase! More

One word to describe Cole Thorson- AMAZING! I went into the dealership to test drive a car knowing very minimal about cars. He really broke down everything to know and made it very easy for me. Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt the dealer was nickel and diming us with a mandatory installation of blinking tail lights for $299 - on a used car! Even though I paid cash, the paperwork took over two hours and then there were errors. I ended up with someone else's plates and paperwork. Plus the car had not been well cleaned. When I saw the price they listed to resell my trade in, I really felt like they had undervalued what they gave me. So overall, I was not impressed compared with other dealers I have worked with. More
