I had no idea what I wanted to do, lease, purchase new, purchase used, etc. Aaron treated me like a long time neighbor or friend and helped walk me through all the various options I had. When I left the dealership that night, I felt like a human again, respected and cared for. Picking up my keys a few days later, you would have thought this was the fifth car I bought from Aaron and Luther Mankato, not the first! More

Excellent First-Time Experience It was easy to schedule an appointment on the telephone. I received an email verification and reminder of the appointment prior to the scheduled time It was easy to schedule an appointment on the telephone. I received an email verification and reminder of the appointment prior to the scheduled time thanks to Darlene Mannino. I was able to get my car in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time for my first planned oil change. I was able to add some other needed tasks without a problem. Mike also identified other routine maintenance they would do (tire rotation, fluid check, etc.). I was directed to the well-stocked and customer lounge where I had a very comfortable time with popcorn, coffee and TV. The one hour planned went very quickly. Mike explained everything they successfully completed in reviewing the Honda Vehicle Inspection Form and gave me some directions for future maintenance. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt valued as a customer!! More

Fantastic service, as usual ! I took my car in for an oil change, and went into the office to discuss regular 30000 mile fluid changes . When we agreed that I would leave it the ne I took my car in for an oil change, and went into the office to discuss regular 30000 mile fluid changes . When we agreed that I would leave it the next morning and get all of it done at one time, I got in my car to leave, and the battery was dead. They tested the battery and replaced it with a new one at no charge since it was still under warranty. today I left my car early in the morning and was provided a prompt courtesy shuttle to my job and picked up promptly when I got off work. My car was ready and all fluids and a factory part was replaced at no charge. All the work was explained to me in detail. All the staff was pleasant and courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to be sure I was happy with their service. More

Service department is GREAT!!! I have always had excellent service from the service department at Luther Honda in Mankato. They give me an idea of how long it will take and it usual I have always had excellent service from the service department at Luther Honda in Mankato. They give me an idea of how long it will take and it usually is right on or done before. They offer rides to and from if i need to do shopping while in town. Last Saturday shuttle service wasn't available so they gave me a car to rent which worked out great for me. I had taken it in at 10:30 and we agreed about 12:30 i would come back and they would be done before that they called and said found a minor thing to work on so could be as late as 2:30 was that okay with me? I said yes of course i was shopping. I was done sooner so went back and my car was done. They have always treated great and have excellent service there. More
