I recently purchased a car from BMW Park Place while living out of state, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their financing options are also very flexible. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron, their finance manager, who went above and beyond by contacting my bank directly to ensure I was getting the best possible rate. He truly had my best interests in mind. What stood out most was how welcome and comfortable I felt throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine support. That’s a rare quality in the car buying world, where many dealerships seem to look out only for themselves. Park Place is different—they look out for their customers. If I ever buy another car, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Park Place, even if it means flying there and driving 1,000 miles home. It’s absolutely worth it. More

Working with Karl Schmidt was great, He was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure the purchase of a vehicle was the right decision for the customer and not just for his own benefit which is a g knowledgeable and wanted to make sure the purchase of a vehicle was the right decision for the customer and not just for his own benefit which is a great trait especially since he will get my future business if available, I did not have any complaints about Karl whatsoever but the actual buying process could’ve been better… After reaching a deal and already had funds on hand it was still a 2.5 hour buying process just to get through paperwork which I felt could’ve been a lot quicker since my steps on the deal were already taken other than that it was a great dealership to work with and any future needs of service or purchasing a vehicle I will always keep Luther in mind! More
