BMW service I had to tow my 2009 BMW into Park Place Motors, as it was not running right. So we dropped (on a Sunday)it off, used their convenient drop off key b I had to tow my 2009 BMW into Park Place Motors, as it was not running right. So we dropped (on a Sunday)it off, used their convenient drop off key box and left. I was called the following morning to let me know they got the note with the keys, as it was not supposed to be serviced until Tuesday. And I got a call a lil while later, explaining what the issues are with the BMW, and the estimate to the cost of the repairs. So I gave my approval and they called back Tuesday early afternoon and said it was all done. I went to pick it up, after work, and paid for it and Kevin went through everything very thoroughly with what they did and answered any questions that I had. More
