While this may seem to be a simple act, Customer Service & Satisfaction is missing at many businesses these days. Took my vehicle in for scheduled windshield replacement + camera recalibration. Had a question about an oil change-Josh reviewed my vehicle's service records. My next oil change was within 700 miles-->got it scheduled and completed in this same visit. Upon further vehicle inspection, my rear driver side tire had a nail in it. Thanks to Josh and his team, even though the repairs were unexpected, made this an easy, enjoyable experience.
