I love my car, good quality and well made. But my experience was not pleasant. I purchased my car from a lease and despite great efforts to communicate with the finance person ahead of time, h But my experience was not pleasant. At first I stood there and waited for him to find my paperwork. Then I offered my well behaved 9 year old to sit and eat he snack and he demeaningly said yeah why don’t you sit and finish your Starbucks. I was treated like a child. He waited for my husband to come and acknowledged him with a hand shake and didn’t even extend a hand to me. This car is in my name, my purchase. Why in 2023, can we not get past historical stereotypes and stigma that successful women can be be moms too and purchase their own cars, homes, etc. without a man. If I didn’t like BMW brand and my car so much, I would have left. Maybe next time I’ll get a Porsche instead. More

With the exception of the long wait time for financial completion, Almin and the sales staff were very professional and friendly.
