They spent the money up front on maintenance to make this car stand out: new tires, brakes, battery, filters, oil - over $2000 in maintenance. Price was competitive. A minor glitch with the financial paperwork causing us to return the second day, but finance officer who wouldn't release car was respectful and tried as she could to help us, within her understanding of my bank's requirements. The head of finance volunteered that they had made a mistake - totally not needed - and was apologetic. Who does this? A great group of people in what appears to be an honest and well-run business.
