Efficient, friendly, service oriented Their customer service is impeccable. I drive in from la Crescent and ask for the shuttle to take me to Costco while I wait. Pretty sure they damaged my car and then didn’t tell me Have a large scrape on the number of my 2011 BMW X5 that I am certain wasn’t there when I got my car returned. I found it the next day so didn’t think I would get anywhere with them. Prices are absurdly high. Probably will take my BMW to the cities in the future. Too many repair jobs have complete because they said they found something that stopped them from finishing. Modules and alignment as two examples. Paid for an alignment and they said tie rods were too difficult to get lose so did have the job and charged full amount. They are nice enough. Have shuttle service and all but time frame for alignment, oil change, and simple module replacement had the car most the day from 7:30-2, while I was told it would be done by one. Always have to chase them down to get an answer on how much longer they will have my car. I call when it’s been overtime and then they say it’s ready and I get a text message. More
