When got there Stephen materialized literally out of thin air and was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. He didn't pressure us at all and was very informative through the whole process. We ended up buying a 2012 Audi Q5 from the used lot and it is perfect! I am in love with this car! I have been able to call and ask questions and the follow up and follow through has been amazing. I later ran into someone that I was showing my car off to an acquaintance and found out one of her family members is a manager at the dealership! (small world!) Highly recommend!
