We have worked with Kevin a number of times now and feel he has always been open and honest with us. The service has always been performed in an expedient manner and has always been completed correctly the first time. The checkout staff has always been friendly, helpful, and quick. The ONLY negative I have is just the cost of repairs. However, they have saved us money on repairs too. But, the 328i is fun to drive. We really like dealing with Kevin and the rest of the staff and feel they have our best interests in mind when we need to come in for service. More

Well taken care of! From the moment you walk in you are assisted, even if you are just standing there waiting. Everyone is very friendly and they will ask you if you're b From the moment you walk in you are assisted, even if you are just standing there waiting. Everyone is very friendly and they will ask you if you're being helped, and they always mention the lounge area to get snacks and drinks. The sales process was good, the sales people took the time to help with test drives/financing/snacks/and trade-ins. Everything was explained well. The sales managers and other sales people would engage in conversations while waiting, which made you feel comfortable. The sales managers went over and above to make sure that we kept the payment in our range, could not ask for more. My ONLY complaint is the trade-in negotiations. Since this is the ONLY negotiations for the customer now, they make it very difficult to feel that it is a fair deal for the customer. Great experience overall!! Highly recommended and will probably go there for my next car purchases in 10 years! More
