I was considering either getting the same make as my previous vehicle or one other make. That likely would have happened if it hadn't been for Samir's great service when introducing me to other amazing options! He was more concerned that I be happy with my choice, rather than just make the sale. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient when stepping through all the features. I am not very savvy with my own cellphone or digital/techy aspects, so was apprehensive, but he broke it down to the basics and now I'm having fun with it! There isn't a single thing he doesnt know about this car! He has been keeping in touch to make sure any questions are answered.
