Good service on a cold day I work out of town so I don’t know week to week when I’ll be in town. So I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment, but service was able to get me in. Love the shuttle service! The shuttle driver was nice enough to get me to my workplace even though he officially didn’t start his day for another 15 minutes. A little rushed and then when the driver finally pulled up he just left the vehicle, door open and walked away. I had to holler at him if I was ok to go and he nodded. Wow—like anyone beside me could have just rode off with my Tiguan. Kind of weird. No confirmation, no thank you. More

recalls Had 3 recalls fixed. Only issue was I reserved a loaner vehicle and they didn’t have one. They then rented me a hertz rental for the 6 hours it took t Had 3 recalls fixed. Unfortunately it did cost me for the rental insurances in the amount of $21.99. Very Ivey road conditions or I wouldn’t have opted for the additional insurance.
