The new car manager, James Taylor, was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive without ever creating a sense of urgency or pressure. He was sincerely engaged in my preferences, my interests, my budget and not once did he deviate from that gracious demeanor. My sales guy, Demetrius (DJ) was similarly respectful, courteous, accommodating, honest and remarkably dedicated. For example, in order to accommodate my schedule he offered to met me at my workplace on a winter night (-30 degree) at 10:00 pm to complete my purchase.
