Very good service. Expensive but it is a BMW Kevin was very polite, informative and gave me excellent service. It was exspensive but it is for a BMW. headlight replacement I replaced a low beam bulb on the passenger side myself. Bulb was good but it didn't work when I put it into the fitting. My service rep said to expe I replaced a low beam bulb on the passenger side myself. Bulb was good but it didn't work when I put it into the fitting. My service rep said to expect a $175.00 diagnostic charge and 2 hours to effect repair. We took advantage of their shuttle service to go get some lunch. Within the hour I received a call advising me the job was completed. The final price was just a small fraction of the diagnostic charge including parts and labor. We couldn't be more satisfied with both the quality of the service and the friendly atmosphere across the board at Luther Park Place BMW. More

Thank you for special service Our car was scheduled for the service to comply with the problems VW administration created for owners & service personnel. We'd just got home Our car was scheduled for the service to comply with the problems VW administration created for owners & service personnel. We'd just got home from hospital when I called to ask if the car could be picked up since it was very inconvenient to have it there by 8 the next morning. The car was picked up, serviced and returned. We appreciate the extra service. We like the Jetta and have been happy with local service but it has been an ordeal getting thru all the paperwork, etc to comply with the requirements. In these days of talk of "abuse" we feel we, our car and VW service personnel have been abused. More
