Service completely Dropped off vehicle in for service after ordered parts arrived. Was contacted when it was discovered that one part was painted incorrectly. Informed that they could still complete the repair that day but need a little more time. They scheduled a later shuttle appointment for me and all worked out well. They were able to still compete the repair the same day with only a couple additional hours. More

As the technician was taking the car in, he noticed a problem. Mac called me to explain and if I wanted to go ahead with that repair. He also called back when they realized what it was and explained and asked if I wanted to go ahead with that repair ( which I did). I was very impressed with all the service center employees - very friendly, helpful, polite and concerned about all customers!! More
