Both the BMW and Audi service department has been there to answer my wife and my questions, both on the phone and via email. Being able to schedule service online is also a huge plus for me too! In regard to sales, Ron Thrune has been my go to guy now for all but my first car I bought at Park Place and can always count on him to respond to calls, emails, and text messages. My most recent transaction with Ron was when I was on my way out of the country for work and between texts and emails, I got the info I needed to lock in my sale while I was at 37000 feet and had the car waiting for me ready to go the day after I returned from my trip. Being able to work electronically is a must for me and Park Place seems to know how to do just that for their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Park Place for anyone looking for a BMW or Audi and I know I will be back in a few years when my lease is up! More

They Listened! As a female geriatric member of the population I'm used to over zealous salesmen ignoring me while they try to sell my husband a car meant for me. But from the moment I entered this dealership, Geoff (my salesperson) and Brad (the manager) asked and listened to what I needed in a car,in order to drive safely and competently: seats that fit me, easy trunk access, seatbelt clasps that were easily reachable, and an entry height that allowed easy getting into and out of the car. it also had to be red because I was almost killed in a high speed collision because my conservative blue gray wasn't visible in winter skies. Without batting an eye, Geoff quietly showed me the red Audi Q3 and helped me try every one of the features I'd requested and lots more I didn't even imagine! Since this was the first shop in my quest, we left and hit other dealerships in our area and even in the St. Paul area.. But nowhere did we find the calm, listening and service than at Luther. So we came, we bought and we love the one service option no one else gave...THEY LISTENED!! And they surprised me in the mail with an auto emergency kit. . More
