I have dealt with a lot of sales people at different dealerships from Mn., Iowa, Wis. This has been my best experience yet. Narcisa Ramic was very helpful with my questions I had. She was not pushy at all and have had a lot that were over the years. After I decided to get the 2015 Optima and made the deal and did the paper work, she was still helping me. Before I left the dealership, she paired my Bluetooth phone up with my car radio. I would have had NO clue on how to do that and love that option and use it all the time. I had mud flaps thrown in on the deal and she had them ordered for me. She also emailed me to let me know when they should come in and again to make sure I got them. She made sure that the whole experience was nice and it was. Like I said I trade a lot and will be going back to this dealership when the time comes and maybe check out a Jetta LOL. More

Joshua does an amazing job in the Service Department. He went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me (an hour and a half away) at no charge when a mistake had been made and my car wasn't going to be finished when expected. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had completely detailed my car, as well. They have earned a new faithful service guest...which always has the potential to lead to sales guest in the future. More

Park Place is THE PLACE to go! Josh and AJ are the finest service writers I've ever come across! They take the time to explain the things that are going on. I do a lot of my own service because I have the experience and knowledge, well that and I'm very fussy about my vehicles, and never have I come away with any issues or problems. I passed on getting my car completely fixed at Park Place because of the cost. It's an old car, VW parts are extremely expensive. I opted to purchase after market parts which for me was much more feasible, all things considered. None-the-less, working with Park Place was great! More
