I had researched R Beetles, never saw one in person--only on the internet. Eric found an R beetle of my choice of color and arranged for its arrival at their dealership. He showed me the car. I bought the car, Eric spent time showing me how to set the radio as well as explaining and demonstrating many other electronic devices. He also went through the manual with me. The car was detailed prior to me picking it up, it was gleaming, and spotless inside and out. The car itself was awesome. The service was excellent, the best I've ever experienced. I was introduced to the mechanic. I was shown around the dealership. Eric gave follow-up calls to see how I liked the beetle and to answer any questions. Although no repairs were needed, the detailing done was great. I was informed of how I could arrange for repairs if I should need them, and made aware of how they'd check tire pressure and fill my tires. I would recommend Luther Park vehicles to anyone I know. I received friendly service from financing, and received a great rate. I also received business cards from Eric and from the mechanic. I can't think of anything that could've made the car buying experience better or more enjoyable. I was surprised they could find the car I'd always wanted so quickly. I have bought previously--at other dealerships and this was the best experience I've had. More

I liked the reminders of the upcoming service appointment. I didn't expect the oil change to be 3 times the cost of a "regular" oil change- granted this was synthetic oil, just surprised Josh di appointment.
