A couple of comments - I scheduled the purchase of the vehicle on occur on a Saturday on the Wednesday prior. When arriving at the dealership on Saturday, the vehicle was clean and 'ready to go'. However, upon driving the vehicle, I found multiple warnings on the BMW's system computer, including brake maintenance warnings and showing the vehicle was overfilled with oil. These were rectified after I requested to have the vehicle checked out by the Service Dept., but it should never have been the case. Also, due to limited finance team availability, I negotiated the purchase within 15-20 minutes and then had to wait 2 hrs for finance availability to complete the purchase (which took less than 15 minutes). Slow transactions like this and lack of vehicle review and prep make me seriously consider purchasing another vehicle from your dealership in the future. The Sales Associate and Finance Officer were both great. More

I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation for $30 when I scheduled appt for oil change. I was charged $64.95. When I asked about it I was told it was for rotation and balance. Then the guy walked away.
