Great experience at Luther I HATE car shopping. One of my least favorite things. When I walked into Luther everyone was incredibly friendly, and not in the "please buy a car fro I HATE car shopping. They let me dictate what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go. There was zero arrogance, and they never made me feel stupid. The key was that I was in control the whole time, and they helped me. Complete low pressure approach. Got a great car lease that I am very happy with. Everything has been what they said it would be. Nothing hidden, no gimmicks. I would deal with these guys again in a second. More

Corey spent considerable time explaining the difference in the units they carried. Corey was extremely knowledgeable and left us with a feeling of trust. The dealership as a whole were warm and welcoming. By the time the deal was worked through and the Can-Am was purchased, we had been treated with respect and we knew exactly what we were purchasing. Corey certainly is well educated and knowledgeable regarding the product he sells. Paul was great in working through a few details and Paige closed the deal regarding financial responsibilities. As many times as we came through the door, we were greeted with the same hospitality. The Can-Am would not have been purchased anywhere else due to the knowledge and expertise of this dealership and these three people who stayed steadfast in their commitment to the product and us. Trade up Luther called me out of the blue the other night to ask if I would consider having them take a look at my 2010 Accord which I purchased from them new. Luther called me out of the blue the other night to ask if I would consider having them take a look at my 2010 Accord which I purchased from them new. They wanted to offer me a trade for a new Accord. I really had not planned on trading at this point- but figured there was no harm in hearing what they had to say. I went up the next day and met Adam Schlichting. He was wonderful to work with- very friendly and laid back. We ended up making a deal and I bought a new 2014 Accord EXL. Financing arrangements were easy, the entire process took 3.5 hours. There was a little bit of waiting time in there that I could have done without, but all things considered, not bad. I would recommend Luther and Adam to others... great overall experience! I have a suggestion for the service department- I didn't get any paper liners on the floors when I took delivery, which would be ncie and please include vacuum service whenever a car comes in for service... it is a nice touch- many places do it, and it doesn't cost you anything- those little touches make a difference! More
