Everything went well. I am not sure we got the best price possible but we were happy with what we ended up with. The experience did not end on a good note though. We ended up buying two cars. As we got ready to drive home, one car was on empty, with the empty light on, and the other had less than an eighth of a tank of gas. Here we are buying two cars and we get nickeled and dimed with two empty tanks of gas. This really left a sour taste dampening our overall experience. I cannot believe after spending what we did we did not deserve a couple full tanks of gas. Thanks More

As a female and someone who doesn't like to buy a car, I had a wonderful experience with Luther Honda of St. Cloud. After looking at cars at Minneapolis dealers and the hassle of trying to test drive a car had a wonderful experience with Luther Honda of St. Cloud. After looking at cars at Minneapolis dealers and the hassle of trying to test drive a car in rush hour traffic, I was thrilled to do business in St. Cloud. I emailed about a car on Sunday and my salesperson, Mark Hieb, called me first thing Monday morning. His promptness and easygoing manner impressed me. I test-drove the car, promptly and fairly arrived at a trade in value for mine and I was able to purchase and take delivery the same day. It was a very painless and easy process! Mark Hieb was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He patiently explained the settings on my car. He even set up my bluetooth iPhone. Chad, the used car sales manager, was very direct and easy to work with on the trade and purchase. I had one service item after the purchase and again they were fair and easy to work with. I feel like they really care about building a long-term relationship and repeat business-not just selling me a car and never seeing me again. The service department, especially Stacey, has been considerate of my time and easy to work with as well. I highly recommend Luther Honda of St. Cloud and Mark Hieb. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
