I purchased a high mileage car just for commuting, pretty much the cheapest car on the lot. I knew it was “as is” but I didn’t want to spend much. The next day after I took delivery, the check engine light c much the cheapest car on the lot. I knew it was “as is” but I didn’t want to spend much. The next day after I took delivery, the check engine light came on and it was running really rough so I took it back to see if they would help me out since I had just purchased it the day before. Without hesitation, they treated the situation as if I had purchased a brand new car that needed warranty service. They fixed the problem, replaced a few parts and sent me on my way. It wasn’t the fact that I had problems with my car but the way they made it right. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service and staff!!! More

Great sales experience with Bobby Scala and Simon Lewer, and process was made easy through and through. Got a nice trade in for my piece of junk car as well. My only regret (which is minor) is I didn't lo and process was made easy through and through. Got a nice trade in for my piece of junk car as well. My only regret (which is minor) is I didn't look at the paint closely enough. Lots of tree sap on the top of the car and hood which I can take care of easily, and black sludge on the underside of the vehicle. Also I forgot to request a touch up pen, as I've now found a couple chips. Pressure washed the hood and some existing touch up spots blew off and exposed chips. All in all, great vehicle though and very happy with my second Westside VW purchase. More
