Sales guy Eric was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with before and after being at the dealership. It took the finance guy much longer than anticipated to come back with rates. I've been dealing with Westside VW for 20+ years. Have always found them to be great to work with. Sales, service, parts - the whole enchilada!
