We receive consistently good service at sales, finance and service. Just bought second used car. With sales, you can do your homework before going in and the process is simple. The car sales portion is not pushy or trying to up-sell. Bobby is patient and hustles to get cars and serve multiple customers at the same time. This is not the case in finance where paper work takes forever and then when you get to sit down, multiple options for purchase are flung at you at you in an emotional very-salesy way. This part of the experience harkens back to the days of stereotypical car sales. All of these options should be listed on line so that they can be studied and thought about before the car is purchased. Additional protections are essentially options like a roof rack or heated seats. Get more help for data entry and let the finance experts spend more time servicing customers. Very specifically, I think the Luther Advantage Extended Warranty is a trick because you are already paying for remaining factory warranty in the price of a relatively new used car. The Luther Advantage Extended Warranty over-rides the factory warranty, so you are actually paying for a warranty twice. The program should be pro-rated to actually extend the existing factory program, not replace it. I moved our overall experience from a 3 to 4 overall because the finance person listened when we got upset at his style.
