Our sales consultant, Vladimir, was very courteous and helpful. We made an appointment and he was ready with the car when we arrived at the dealership. All of our questions were answered and there was no BS, no spin, or need to negotiate. Our trad was accepted and we were happy with the final numbers. During detailing, the battery had been drained. Instead of jumping us and sending us down the road, they pulled the car into service, did a battery load test, and replaced the battery! Again, no BS, no spin, just great service from sales, finance and the service department - I wish I had written down all their names, each department and employee was great! The only question that really matters is will I give them opportunity when we buy again? Yes, they made a lasting first impression. More
