I’ve had good experience with this location, but when I was in there for a oil change in February they also warned me that my battery life was low and I should replace it. I decided to hold off on it at th was in there for a oil change in February they also warned me that my battery life was low and I should replace it. I decided to hold off on it at the time, I went in yesterday (now September) and they mentioned nothing of my battery and on the analysis sheet it even said in good condition. This leads me to believe that this dealership service team are not true to their word and untrustworthy. They will do a good job at their work but be warned they will probably up-charge you for things you probably do not need. For me being a young woman and knowing little to none about cars I’m a bigger target to this kind of unethical behavior in the mechanic world. This dealership will not protect you from this happening. I would most definitely take pictures and looks at your car before giving the go for a fix or bring someone with you that is familiar with cars if you are not. More
