Bobby Scala and Devin Sowers delivered 5 star service from start to finish. Quite possibly the easiest and quickest test drive to purchase process ever. Also, in these times it seems note worthy to mention how comfortable and clean the dealership is; everyone wore masks, and they are keeping proper social distance, they really do go above and beyond to make the car shopping experience comfortable, safe and efficient. Definitely not their best. Had an appointment in the early am and the dealership was basically empty (of other customers). With that, it was more than five minutes before I got greeted and then I had t early am and the dealership was basically empty (of other customers). With that, it was more than five minutes before I got greeted and then I had to wait another few minutes to speak with an advisor, who was chatting with a colleague. Got multiple apologies and was prepared to let it go. Unfortunately, we returned to a similar situation, with the service reps being far more concerned about their pizza than their customer. The cashier was attentive and pleasant, but I was definitely put off by the rest of the interactions. Online / Mobile payment was the only other bright spot. Additionally, found a nail in my tire, which was not discovered during my tire "inspection". This is my fourth vehicle from Luther Westside and service has always been their weakness.
