Disappointed. Scheduled a 40k service and asked specifically about a headlight adjustment. The 40k maintenance includes a headlight check and adjust per their own website, but I was still charged a specifically about a headlight adjustment. The 40k maintenance includes a headlight check and adjust per their own website, but I was still charged an additional $68 bucks for it. Total bill was ~$650.00 and didn’t even get a courtesy car wash. Also be aware that they will absolutely not encourage you to use any of their coupons or specials and try to rush you to pay with nary a mention of online coupons. I will go elsewhere from now on. I was impressed with everyone’s professionalism as my wife and I completed the purchase and warranty work for our Jeep. Thanks Bobby, Deven and Dillion for making this experience seem so easy and smooth. wife and I completed the purchase and warranty work for our Jeep. I was not happy with finance and the vehicle registration and documentation. I did not get a copy of the MV-1 and if I wanted a copy, I had to fill out the form myself. I did not get the impression that the finance person understood the Wisconsin fees that would be necessary and the appropriate amount of money would not be sent into the Wisconsin DOT with my registration, I believe I will get a notice from the Wisconsin DOT stating I owe additional money that will essentially slow the prosses of receiving my plates by three to four weeks. Satisfied except that the courtesy check revealed my oil was low - red rating. Why did no one mention this to me before I signed out my car? and the report said the dipstick ring missing'? What ring? the was low - red rating. Why did no one mention this to me before I signed out my car? and the report said the dipstick ring missing'? What ring? the one to lift the dipstick? Only Westside ever works under my hood. I had to have the car towed in and the tow driver mentioned Beetles are harder to tow because of the oil pan placement. Was there a visual inspection to make sure there were no issues with the oil pan? I have another appointment scheduled for Monday so can have it taken care of then, but still... More

When I went to pick up my car I didn’t get any paperwork or feedback on my car. They just gave me my keys and walked away. I have no idea when I need to take back my car. I don’t know how my oil change went or feedback on my car. They just gave me my keys and walked away. I have no idea when I need to take back my car. I don’t know how my oil change went there was no car details. I also do not have my contract back for my package that I bought. There has been severe lack of communication. Very frustrated with the poor service I have received. More
The entire team at Luther Westside was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I knew exactly what type of used vehicle I was looking for but it was hard to find with inventory moving so quickly these days. Ch and knowledgeable. Have bought 2 cars through Westside. Great dealership. The service and sales departments are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I recently traded in my Alltrack for a more family friendly Atlas. Sales was good. 2. Finance was terrible. 3. AT&T phones have no service in this dealership. I saw the vehicle online after months of searching and loved the features. I pretty much sold myself, so that made the salesman's job easier. My experience started off okay, however my question of the vehicle being transferred to a Luther family dealership 5 minutes from my house instead of 75 was ignored. Still I traveled down to test drive it and had a good, quick experience with Rick showing me features and providing information on the vehicle and dealership. He did good despite selling what was a non-Volkswagon trade-in at a Volkswagon dealership. I said I'd take it, and Rick got it all cleaned and fueled up for me. The trouble came with Finance. Devon isn't listed here for me to rate, but I give him 1 star. I sat at my salesman's desk for a long time waiting for finance to prepare offers. Even Rick was visibly annoyed with how long it was taking. Part of this was my fault in giving bad info at the start, but that doesn't justify the total length. When finance was ready to talk, all the offers still had not come in but he wanted to discuss 'warranties' (Service Contracts) that he was "legally obligated to offer" (not by any government authority). The talk on warranties was a sales pitch and not a conversation. Declined 'em all. Declined 'em all again. And again. It was now after 4pm, two hours after I arrived. He made a call to get a final offer from a bank I hadn't heard of that was holding out. They offered a .01% APR advantage over my trusted local bank system I had been with for years. This wasn't enough to switch, and I told him so. After this he was less polite, less cooperative. It really seemed like he didn't want to sell the vehicle at all. It was now a rush to get the deal done with my bank on a friday afternoon, which wasn't helped by him providing the wrong purchase agreement 4 times or AT&T losing all service on two separate phones inside the dealership. Thanks to the hard-working loan officer at my bank, the deal went through 3 hours after I arrived. I was so fed up with what seemed like purposeful delays and obstacles that if my loan officer wasn't so helpful, I would have walked out and not come back. There was a comparable Jeep in Bloomington for $16 more, after all. To end on a positive note, Rick later helped me find my checkbook that I lost in all the confusion, and it's been a week now and I love the Jeep. More
