Gregg, thank you for taking the time to review your most recent service visit here at Westside Volkswagen, your feedback is instrumental in fine tuning the service process to meet your needs. I was disappointed to hear about our lack of communication during you visit as well as missing the washing of your vehicle and I wanted to apologize. We pride ourselves on being the foremost provider of all things VW and when that doesn't happen I'm truly sorry. In full review of your appointment I did find the confusion which should have been explained to you in that the 40K does include the headlight checking which on your ticket was pulled off the maintenance so as to put on the more intensive machine aiming operation. The cost should have been relatively the same as if the maintenance was performed in it's entirety yet I will be continuing to coach and train my advisors as this should have been properly communicated. With regard to the car wash from what I've come to understand it was simply human error and again very sorry, I would be happy to have your vehicle washed and vacuumed with not appointment needed at your convenience. Your business and your trust means a great deal to me as I'd hope to keep earning both in the future. I am sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations. We are obligated to inform you of additional services/warranties/protections that are offered to you of which you can decline if not interested. I will speak to finance to insure transparency when working with financial institutions to try and receive the best rates for our customers as to not imply dishonest or misleading tactics. AT&T is a dead zone here at the dealership and is frustrating for employee's and customers all the same. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We have contacted AT&T and requested a nearby tower to which we have had no luck. Thank you for your business and I hope that we can make up for the shortcomings you may have experienced during your purchase. We do appreciate you!
