I took advantage of the free Concierge Service. The pick-up guy (Joe?) was fantastic. Very friendly. I like the tracking map feature. It allows me to meet them outside just before arrival. Working with Jeramiah was probably the best car-buying experience I have had, he was great. Came across as not-pushy, not slimy and felt easy going and trustworthy. Gave us plenty of time and space to experience I have had, he was great. Came across as not-pushy, not slimy and felt easy going and trustworthy. Gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. We left happy with our purchase. Only downside was the meeting with the finance manager who was pressuring us to purchase extended warranties which I had said from the beginning that we had previously found worthless. He and a number of other staff members were pretty lax in following Covid protocols, including the 2 guys who sat on either side of the front door with no masks on talking to each other. Jeramiah made up for it. I feel like they gave us a fair value for our trade. Once they made it they were pretty firm in sticking to it but in all I think it was fair. I plan to have all my service done at this dealer and would buy from them again. More
