Charged me 150.00 to clean my hatchback latch. My taillights weren’t working and that was the hypothesis. Top praise for Westside VW Service Department To be honest, I was hesitant to return to Westside, after last years incredible amount of money spent in your service department, on my 09' Tiguan. On To be honest, I was hesitant to return to Westside, after last years incredible amount of money spent in your service department, on my 09' Tiguan. One thing after another, and each time the repairs were higher in price. Not to mention the less than desirable warranty nit picking every claim. So, I went in with an open mind. I had put off maintenance due to the COVID pandemic, but the time had come when I could no longer ignore it. All was well, and then Dick (my GREAT Advisor) texted with news of yet more problems. A broken rear coil. "Here it comes", I thought. Instead, Dick went on to explain that it was covered by the warranty, even the rental (by the way, the 19' Fully Accessorized Tiguaun was awesome, amazing........"I WANT THAT CAR"!!). So, I am happy to report 100% customer satisfaction!! The only (small) concerns, The tech rated the air cleaner as "red" (needing attention). I assumed it would be replaced, but it wasn't. Brake fluid was reported as low & dirty, which surprises me as Westside did a brake fluid flush and fill just last year. Finally, didn't receive the "service reminder" sticker for the windshield. However, these are items of very low consequence, considering the excellent service received! More

I had a great experience at Luther Westside Volkswagen. Everyone wore a face mask the entire time and I saw staff cleaning offices after people used them. I had a scheduled appointment for recall work to be done on my Atlas. When I showed up on time for my appointment I was told that the replacement parts weren’t in available inventory. This is my 3rd new VW on my Atlas. When I showed up on time for my appointment I was told that the replacement parts weren’t in available inventory. This is my 3rd new VW purchased at Westside and I referred my son who leased his Passat from Westside. Very disappointed with this service experience. I would have expected to be contacted by the dealer to reschedule the appointment rather than getting the normal confirmation email and text the day before my appointment. I took a vacation day from work, wasted an hour and a half driving to the dealer and back home and had my wife rearrange her schedule to follow me down for a ride home More
Not Happy Very disappointed in Luther VW this time. The battery was doing dead. Dropped my Beetle off To find out the problem on 5/13/20. Picked up my Beetle o Very disappointed in Luther VW this time. The battery was doing dead. Dropped my Beetle off To find out the problem on 5/13/20. Picked up my Beetle on 5/15/20. Said they found no problem with the battery or found no draw from the battery. CHARGED ME 307.19 FOR NOHTING. A few days later the battery was DEAD AGAIN. Made another appointment at Luther VW. Call a tow truck. Driver told me to take to a place in town. Canceled my appointment and took my Bug there. They found the battery was bad and a plug under the hood was causing the draw. Haven’t had any more problems. Frist time I had a bad experience here. More
