Change DSG fluid and filter I typically have given 5 stars to your service, however, this time it was 3 stars. When I order and schedule the service, I requested a call back to I typically have given 5 stars to your service, however, this time it was 3 stars. When I order and schedule the service, I requested a call back to provide an estimate in the note area. I didn't receive a call, so I did call and when I call I was hoping to get an estimate, what I got was an around about estimate of somewhere around $400, next I mention that on line there were a couple of coupon and wanted to know if the service would qualify for the specific coupon and was told, bring it in and it may. I know that changing a DSG is a common maintenance item and even listed as a service item, so why a more specific estimate could not be provide rather then it cost around. I did call back later and got a different service tech and was able to be given a more precise estimate and help with what service coupon would apply The other reason for the 3 stars, is that I requested when I spoke with the tech that I just got my car oil change and when I check it looked like it was low as it was near the low end of the hash mark on the oil dip stick. My son also told when he drop the vehicle off to check and top off the oil. From what I could tell this was not done or even mention that it was checked More
