Vad is the man! The experience of buying a car was fast, easy, and painless. They gave me a great deal on my trade and everyone was nice. My only suggestion would have been to better detail the car before delivery, but I know with COVID and the quick turn around that may have not been possible and something I enjoyed doing during our first days together. reason I picked Westside I was going to buy a VW from the dealership in Burnsville. I met with the sales person there and things seemed ok. The next day my wife had found on I was going to buy a VW from the dealership in Burnsville. I met with the sales person there and things seemed ok. The next day my wife had found on line a new 2019 at Westside so I decided to go there to see it. I gave the salesperson at the Burnsville location an opportunity to research the car that I found but did not hear back. I called Westside on the phone and reached Maura randomly. She was very straight forward and mad an appointment. I wanted to buy a new 2019 but it was not equipped like I wanted. Instead of blowing me off she suggested that I look at a 2019 certified vehicle. She also offered new 2020 and 2021 cars but I wasn't comfortable with the higher price. I drove the 2019 car and we made a deal. Maura was very straight forward and easy to deal with. This is the 5 VW I have purchased and I thought the whole process was easy. The Finance person Craig also was very straightforward and easy going. I think Maura and Craig did an excellent job. More
