I had previously purchased a used vehicle from them and after 3 weeks the engine siezed. Because the 2 week used car warranty had expired they had no obligation to help me in any way, however they provided me with a new VW long block at their cost which was about $4,000 less then places I found online. They also gave me a good deal on my trade-in. More

Unexpected Warranty Repair! I truly appreciate the honesty and transparency regarding this process and all of the hard work they put in. Check in was very easy - but I was greeted by skepticism and a not so friendly hello - I was a little surprised. Checking out was easier but I noticed the girl who gave me my keys back was asking the customer in front of me questions and asking if she had any questions but when I got to the counter I was greeted with cold interaction. She barely looked at me and didn't ask if I had any questions, which I did. But it might've been an off day for 2/3 people I interacted with. However, I would still come back to this facility. More
