Too long for an oil change. I scheduled an oil change and it took 1.5 hours. A pre scheduled oil change should be 30 min max! It’s too long to wait and dealing with a ride for an oil change is out of the question. I may look to use the dealer for major service but not oil changes or anything that involves waiting. This should not reflect be negatively on the service personnel. Staff that I dealt with were friendly and courteous. I believe this is a system issue. More

Low key car buying at its best Doug approached my wife looking at cars while waiting for her car to be serviced. Made arrangements a few days later to test drive vehicles, again all questions were answered and no pressure tactics to buy now. We called and asked for a car combination that was not on the lot, Doug's response , "no problem, will call when we have it" A week later car was ours. It was so refreshing not getting bombard with phone calls or feeling pressured to make an immediate decision. Doug did good by us. More

Quick service! I call in to make an appointment, but never got a confirmation on it. still i showed up at my schedule, and was revived immediately. The lady told me i would take about 1.30 hrs so i just sat down in the waiting area. I keep my car in good shape so that also made it easier on maintenance. less than an hour later Derek came to tell me the car was ready. So next time the car lights up its service time i know i will be a good experience! . More
