I rely on the technicians to do what is supposed to be done for each visit, ie. oil change + depending on the cars' mileage and manual. Each time it's a surprise that something wasn't previously done that should have been done. Please train your technicians to do a better job. More

Exceptional I was in dire straights when the clutch on my 2013 Jetta disintegrated. The cost for repair, and the uncertainty of how my car would perform, consider I was in dire straights when the clutch on my 2013 Jetta disintegrated. The cost for repair, and the uncertainty of how my car would perform, considering I have a 50 miles RT work commute. Rick recommended trading the Jetta for a quality used car with extended warranty. That’s just what I did, and I cannot be more satisfied for the experience. Rick Larcher lined up a Golf wagon, similar to the Jetta, but far more engine and improved suspension and handling. A very good car at an affordable price More
