He helped me think through all the various scenarios in front of me.....purchase my leased 2016 Tiguan, lease a new 2019 Tiguan, purchase a new 2019 Tiguan, or find a used 2018 Tiguan. That's a lot of numbers to consider. I felt like he was honest and upfront with me the entire time. I'm sad to say that he lost the sale though as we found the perfect 2018 used Tiguan at Luther Burnsville VW and they would not release the car to Luther Westside VW.....even though it's company policy that they do. I had to purchase from another salesperson who didn't do any work for the sale. I would highly recommend Juri to anyone! More

Pulse Brake Light I really like my car and the service was great except for the tactics used to sell you a pulse brake light. After we agreed on a price the salesman an I really like my car and the service was great except for the tactics used to sell you a pulse brake light. After we agreed on a price the salesman and another employee state that the car has a pulse brake light installed, it will cost an extra $250, but we can remove it if you don’t want this safety feature. I reluctantly agreed to just leave it in. When I got home I looked up the pulse brake light online. It seems many car dealers, not just VW dealers are using this tactic to sell this feature. The part itself can be purchased online for about $20 and is easy to install. More
