It was fine. To be honest, I had a poor sales experience when I first bought my car, and the service was better, but was also just average at best. The consultant explained the problem well, explained the costs fine, my car wasn't washed because they were short on runners the 5 days that I had my car with them. They did say I could bring it back on a Saturday to get it washed. I won't ever use that perk, however. I asked about getting a parking ticket removed from inside my dash which is covering the VIN, I was told to just use a coat hanger myself. It was fine. More

I felt like we had known him for years by the time we had been there an hour. We left Land Rover and bought the ONE Range Rover that the Volkswagen dealership had because they were amazing. If you want someone to treat you fair, this is a good place. Price is the price, no ups and downs and haggling. A previous sales man actually asked us "what are you going to do for me?" We need more Brendans! Thank you. Highly recommended! More
