The "texting with questions" option I received didn't work..the employee and number assigned to me was not in that day, so I ended up calling after not hearing back for a few hours...felt as though team had lost track of my requests for service. When I heard back regarding their concerns following the "courtesy safety inspection", I received a quote of over $2000 in recommended repairs. I phoned my local service station for a second opinion and their pricing for the items they deemed as necessary was 25% cheaper across the board (they had no idea of the quote I had received from the VW team). They generously offered up a loaner car while they serviced mine and when I picked mine up it was freshly washed and vacuumed. For these reasons, I'll be returning to my local service station for the extra special customer service, quality of work and pricing. More

Carole Jean has been a very helpful sales person that I've worked with the past year. Bought the previous car from her. She's great with follow ups and would definitely work with her again. Bobby ends up being the person I closed the deal with, but they work as a team to help me get what I want, at the time that is most convenient for me. Bobby is not pushy and he's very good with responding to questions or messages. Brad is super friendly and was very easy to work with and helped making the financing piece a breeze. Price is very competitive, but just as with any other car dealership, it's difficult to truly know if you actually got the best deal in town. This dealership did not budge at all with their price, but they made it up a by increasing the trade in value of my car to help reduce the total cost. More
