Love this place but have a couple issues Love Doug, our salesperson. But we had an R Line badge that wasnt on our new 2019 Jetta we bought. It finally came in and there is only ONE person in Love Doug, our salesperson. But we had an R Line badge that wasnt on our new 2019 Jetta we bought. It finally came in and there is only ONE person in the whole service center who can put it on. I was told I could come by ANY TIME to have it installed. So I drove there in traffic and couldn't do it. I asked if I could take it and have my work install it (I work for a reputable and large high end collision center) They said NO. Now the say itll take an hour to install so cant come on my lunch break and the guy leaves at 2pm and doesnt work Saturdays. I bought my 2015 GLI in the next day for a bad sensor and they didnt hook the 3nd horn wire back up so now my horn sounds like its dying. Like a high pitched annoying sound. More

Can’t. Be. Beat. So here’s the deal. I had 4 VWs from Westside over a 12 year period. Then I had the (not so) bright idea to try another vehicle from a different deale So here’s the deal. I had 4 VWs from Westside over a 12 year period. Then I had the (not so) bright idea to try another vehicle from a different dealership. While the vehicle itself was fine, me dealership experience was entirely frustrating. Not only was the turnover in staff outrageous, it was difficult to even reach a human who was helpful in the sales department. When my lease ended I knew I needed to go back to Westside. I love everything about this place. The staff is implacable, friendly, knowledgeable, and totally hands on without that smarmy ‘gotcha’ vibe. Many have worked there for as long as I’ve been leasing through them. Phone calls are answered and returned promptly. And The facility itself os dreamier than should be allowed in a dealership. It’s bright and clean and sexy without trying too hard. Working with westside is like meeting a super pretty person who also has depth and knowledge. Rare, in other words. I’m glad to be back. And they all made me feel like I was home. (After a really silly stint in a commune or something.) Needless to say - I’m glad to be back to VW. Oh - and the car is awesome as well. More
