When I checked in, I was informed of a recall for a software update which would take an hour. Then it was advised that I should do my 20,000 check-up which would take an hour. I figured "what the heck", I'll just camp out in the lounge, read the paper and great magazines with a cup of coffee, and enjoy the quiet morning. An hour and 1/2 later, they were done! Nice surprise, and I felt like I checked a lot off my list! THANKS FOR THE GREAT WORK! More

Had a great experience. I went to the dealership looking for a vehicle I saw on Facebook which I found out they had sold, but Helton was great about helping me find something I went to the dealership looking for a vehicle I saw on Facebook which I found out they had sold, but Helton was great about helping me find something else that I liked even more than the vehicle I originally went to check out. Always great with Westside. Westside has always been my choice of VW dealership for service and I had recently decided on buying a new car. Maura was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure that I was getting the car I wanted. At first I was pretty set on a color that wasn't currently at their dealership and Maura was more than happy to look for one that fit my criteria.
