Had an emergency breakdown Driving into work one morning, I had engine problems and managed to get the vehicle to the dealer. Even though they were booked solid for the day, I set up an appointment for the next day and planned to leave the vehicle overnight. Later that day they called and said they had a chance to analyze the problem, gave me an estimate which I ok'd, worked on the vehicle and got it back to me by 4pm.
