Much better than St Cloud Volkswagen Took my car to Eich Motors Volkswagen in St Cloud and they tried to charge me with everything and wouldn’t say I have my warranty. Very comfortable - a TV, snacks, etc and a very clean bathroom. The cashier lady is very transparent and kind. They do a great job! They didn't charge me a dime because it took a bit longer than stated (45 minutes or so). I'm very happy with both service experiences I've had - they were very clear and I didn't feel manipulated or lied to at all. More

Vibration Resolution My wife and I were about to embark on about an 800 to 900 mile trip and she had been noticing vibration in the steering wheel. I called Westside and My wife and I were about to embark on about an 800 to 900 mile trip and she had been noticing vibration in the steering wheel. I called Westside and asked when I might be able to get it looked at and was told I could bring it in immediately which surprised me. Upon arrival at the dealership we expressed the concern we had and were Directed to the waiting area. Within a couple of hours they came and told us our car was ready that they directed to the waiting area. Within a couple of hours they came and told us our car was ready that they had done a ground force wheel balance that they felt should address the need. After driving our 60 mile trip home I believe they had accomplished the desired goal it seems much smoother! Thank you Nick and staff for your efficient work!! More
